what kind of flashfile do you both need?

i have this
REL_21.58.01_SE8104AXXW8_001_BP_FLEX.shx
SE8104AXXW8007.hs

REL_30.80.15_SE8111AC3W8_001_BP.shx
SE8111AC3W800A.hs
__05___BP_booter_581_flash.shx

i need 18C flex for A925 can you help me?

I try to flash it with flash backup from another a925.
now have i one another problem. the phone coud not switch on !
I see the light on display, in faw seconds can i see

MOTOROLA
3G

and it is everything.

How to geT a a flash mode now??
What ii need to do!???
