Unlock V975

Hi all!!!
I have Motorola V975 and I need solution for unlock.
I conect phone on clip and push buton.Then phone enter in servis mode and start uncloking but E/G indicator will light red and phone not unlocked.

You must use SmartMoto Service Software to unlock this cell phone.

hi all ,,,

I have loaded the boot loader (Smartmoto) for the 1st time and connected the V975 through the smart clip via the USB and all seems to be OK, however as soon as I press Search it reads the model of the phone and comes with an error and askes to press search again,,, I cant seem to go pass this point. Could any one plz assist. thanks heaps.

Clip serial: xxxxxxxxx, version: 2.15, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found Motorola Phone (V975), getting test interface... AT command error
This error is possible during phone turning on, you may try <Search> once again

I had the same prob today with a V975 on 3G UK. Had taken the RSA off but failed to unlock. The owner had a password on the phone, so started the phone up, inserted the password and then phone loaded up, then clicked the unlock button on SmartClip and Walla. Unlocked.
