View Full Version : Reviving 'dead' mobiles
hello all
i have a motorola handset which does not power on. i am wondering whether there is a way of flashing a 'dead' motorola? i have tried to put it in test mode by keying * # & power button - but this does not power the phone up still. i have checked the battery & that seems to be fine.
does anyone know if there is a way of reviving this phone?
many thanks in advance
Kind Regards

If phone is E398?Maybe I can help you to revive you phone......You can fix it if you phone can enter boot loader mode like pressing *#and power button...You can flash it with another firmware or you can request from me that firmware........You also need to download some software to help you to flash in safe way....like FlashBackup.....
V551 has a blank S neptune lte screen in flash mode after test pointing it to get it into flash mode using a flasher program that see`s the V551 on the usb cable.
It is asking for a full flash file to flash it. I would like to recieve that file.:help:
Hi, hg2
You may download full flash files of various versions from www.boot-loader.com.
Please note that a handset may be flashed only with the same or higher fw version than that which is originally in the phone. Firmware downgrading seriously damages the phone.
