i am trying to flash my phones with "SmartMoto" . This is how i did.
1. Launched SmartMoto app
2. i clicked "Search :-x " with computer usb port
3. it read my phone information and said "found motorola P2K, getting test interface . OK"
4. i clicked "Back Up" button (try to read and saved flash file)
5. click "backup phone flash" radio button ( i did not filled out ant empty fields)
6. i received error message "unhandled exception C0000005".
i am trying to read flash file and save flash file. after i saved flash file and write flash file to phone. What did i did wrong?
* window 2000 operation
* motorola V400 GSM
