Can not download

Hello Support, I'm having trouble download files either pcf or mfw format, please check the attached screen shot, any solution will be appreciate, thanks

Make sure you have direct Internet connection with static IP address. Connection using proxy-server is not allowed.

Also you local of LAN firewall must be turned off, or at least port 21 must be opened.
