I always get this error when I try log my smart-clip in. why???

I'm having the same problem, after some research, I find out this error 500 is not on the client side, it's something wrong on the web server so it can not fulfill the request from the client, instead give you an explaination, they sent this error 500 message, I'm pretty sure that the support team are aware of it and trying to sovle the problem so we all can go on. I hope it will be soon.

Try to log in your Smart-Clip once again, the server is working properly.
If some error appears, please post log file without serial numbers here.
