i have a problem with download files from boot-loader since 3 days ago

this is the message

Error: The file you are trying to download exceeds your maximum size limit. Check your account.
Use browser "back" button.


and my account iits ok... expired octubre 2009

please help me

Hello Support, I'm having trouble to download flash files from bootloader, I can log in but when I download any mfw or pcf files it will stop at half way and showing a message " cannot download from bootloaders.com......." please check the attached screenshot and help me solve the problem, thanks.

Please run Command Prompt and than execute commant telnet www.boot-loader.com 21.

220-FTP server ready.
220 This is a private system - No anonymous login
this means that port 21 is opened and everything should be ok with downloads.

in case you'll get
Connecting To www.boot-loader.com...Could not open connection to the host, on port 21: Connect failed
You should contact your local ISP and ask them to unblock this port for you or unblock this port on your firewall or router etc.



Also try to use some Download Manager like FlashGet, ReGet, etc.

Hello Support, I finally got it figure out, the 2 computer are on a home network connection with file shareing allowed, I turned that off and it's downloading now, just don't know why cause I have the same setting before and it worked but not now, thanks
