like:

always same error

Hi, I have the same problem lately when I try to download files, sometimes it show Error 500 when log-in, and Time-out when downloading, these are not problems on your PC, it's something from the server, I'm sure they are aware of it and working on solve the problem, just wait a little while and try again, it will work, hope this helps.

maybe irs download speet/time problem becouse i have no problem downloading from other suppoer site like Nokia files which are even bigger
maybe we need faster download?

You just need stable internet connection and opened port 21 on your firewall.

Also please try to use some download software.
