V3xx flash problem

Hello support teams, I'm trying to flash this V3xx with Smart-Clip/Scout, it will show the phone info when connected but when I click on "flash select phone" it will switch to flash mode on the phone display but I get the error 39 message from Scout windowm I'm attaching the log hope someone can help me out with solutions, thanks.

Why you want to flash your phone? As I can see it detects normally.
P.S. Try to press * # powerOn and to flash the phone in a flash mode.

Hi, thanks for the reply, that's the reason I want to flash it because it will not turn on in flash mode, when press * # power, it just turn the phone on not the flash mode, and it will detect the phone but Scout will not switch to flash mode even the display shows flash mode, thanks again.

In order to flash this phone it has to be switched to flash mode.
Try to update Scout to 1.15 and repeat flashing process with full charged battery.
