so how is it possible to retrieve from boot loader?i was trying to unlock it in somehow there was error in the middle of process,which is "LOAD ERROR" after that the phone is in boot mode.
if there is any solution pls let me know.thanks

Also, please tell us whether the set was Powered On when you perform Prepare Smart TestPoint cycle.

i cant get the log now,but after i make prepare the phone and hold the testpoint it first detect it 0.00 and when it try to send loadre it says "LOAD ERROR" and now the phone is in bootmode.
