_login_incorrect I can't enter to support

I, buy - Dreambox SE, today. And today I registered in www.boot-loader.com by login name-"ulugali". I enter my login & pass-logined OK. After in user menu, I press dreambox login button & I have this message "_login_incorrect". What can I do?

p.s. I send detailed information (etc. Dreambox SE s/n and login name from boot-loader) with PM to Dreamsupporter.

Can I use browser Mozilla FireFox with boot-loader? If yes, were located this setting from IE "download unsigned ActiveX controls" to "Prompt" or "Enable" in mozilla firefox browser.
