"session is invalid" Error message

Hi, there is an unusual problem with boot-loader web site.
In most of the time when I want to download some Dream Box flash files, after logging on and entering to download section, the below error message appears:
session is invalid
Why does that error message appear?
What can I do in order to solve it?

Please try to clear cookie and cache, restart your browser and try to login once again. Also make sure you have direct Internet connection (proxy-server is not allowed), your firewall and/or antivirus are turned off.

This error occurred due to Internet connection. Your IP address is static or dynamic ?

Also I clear login session, please try once again.

What do you mean by saing static and dynamic ?!?
How can I be known whether my connection is static or dynamic ?!?
I use ADSL to connect to the internet.
And my problem is still remained.
What can I do ? :confused:

The temporary IP address is called a dynamic IP address. It may change during connection.

If case your IP address changes during connection, you'll always get error Session is Invalid..


Can you please try to get logged in from another PC and/or from PC with different Internet connection?

I checked it and it was a fixed IP number.
