hi to all,i have here dead motorola v361...i'm wondering what flashfile to use???? i can't find flashfile in smartmoto and scout.....what file to use????tia.......

Do you know what firmware version this phone originaly has?

What is original fw version of your phone?
There are several platforms for V36..: R44419, R4513, R444HL1, R4518.
Press * # power on and define your phones fw version, and they you will be able to select appropreate flash file.

V361 is the same as V360. Can your phone be powered up in boot mode? If it can, please check out the fw version and select the appropriate one from the available files for the V360 model.

many thanks to your support....all 3 of you....the phone originally came to my shop already dead....no bootloader....thats why i can't see what firmware to use.....but now i have an idea because of your help !!!!!!! again tnx a lot.....

Firstly, press * # powerOn and see what firmware version is on the phone's display.
If display is blank after performing this operation, then connect the phone to the program and press 'search' button.

And tell me your result.
