Make sure your cable is original and follow C115 instructions on the website.

The solutions is cut the rubber in Plug for very contacts in these Phones, work 100% .

as i see u r from argentina, maybe we can talk in spanish by PM

the phone version iґm trying to unlok is SW 2.0.12N it comes from colombia (comcel)

That's a good tip:

If there is problem with c115 unlock the cause may be in connection.
Cutting/filing down the edges of C115 cable allows the cable to be inserted deeper and thus provides better connection.

Normally the problems are caused by this. :wink:

In your User Manual there is an error

In C115 pinout image: TX=pin2 (RJ45)
In E365 pinout image: TX=pin1 (RJ45)

C115 cable should really have TX on pin 1, although this correction doesn't require any re-soldering ;-)
