So many! which one should i flash?

Hi I am new to this site. I just purchased a scout dongle and it works and everything. I have a moto q9h. There are so many files on the website for it, how do i know which one to flash? I don't wanna flash a wrong firmware and end up with a dead phone. here is what it says on scout dongle when I have my phone connected:

If any of those files will work then have someone tried one and they like? Any recommandations?

What is original fw version of your phone? You can find it on the sticker under phone's battery.
Flash files for this phone model can be found at boot-loader.com in pcf folder.
pcf\Q9h\

Why do you want to flash your phone?

As I can see from your post, sw version of your phone is MODEM4_U_40.11.0FR.
So I would suggest you to use the same or higner version of flash file, for example, you can choose pcf\Q9h\MODEM4_U_40.11.25R this file version. It is higher than yours.
