A1200 Problem urgent.

I have A1200 which restart in 5-7 second I am unable to know which file I need to flash. I think it's software problem due to restart i am unable to type www8w which show the flash file. this is the log given below please anyone expert tell me which file I should write in brief.

Reading flash id... 0x90 - 0090, chip unidentified means that flash memory chip is not read properly. There are two main reasons for that:
1. The flash memory chip is damaged or doesn't communicate with the processor. In this case the phone needs hardware repair.
Connection between the chip and the PCB may be improved by the hot air.
2. Testpoint procedure was not performed properly -- just to make sure please, repeat the tp procedure.
