@ backbiter17,
In MFW folder at boot-loader.com branded files are situated in folders with brand name. For example: V3->R374_G_0E.40.79R->Orange->...
And unbranded files - V3->R374_G_0E.40.9CR->...
In PCF file folder brand name signed in the end of the file name, in case if the flash file is branded. for example: r25221ld_u_85.83.e1p_lp0039_drm0003_jpge_r25221vfs irius_18_usrazrv3xvfde2522104a_1ff[vodafone german].pcf
To be able to change language pack of the phone no need to Full Flash the handset. You can simply flash it with the Language Pack (LP). Flash the phone with the same firmware version/LP like the handset has or higher one.

@Mr.Tinkertrain
thx for you answer
but in case of V3x pcf files (lp030 & 02F) most of those which have NO sign at the end ARE branded
yesterday i flashed my V3x with all flash files including lp030 &02F and ALL of them are branded (mostly checz vodafone, Tmobile,Hrvip)
so i still looking for unbranded flash file
