V220 & V3r Moto retail flash files?

I've just renewed my subscription to Boot-Loader (or GSMServer, or whatever - so confusing!) so I can get the files I need to flash my V3r and V220 to Moto Retail versions with SmartClip.

Only trouble is, how on earth do I find them in the cryptic maze that is the download area? Why does this all have to be so convoluted?

We are constantly improving and upgrading our site.
Hope that soon download area willbe even more convenient for the users.

Sadly, this doesn't help. Surely there must be a simple way to find the retail versions?

The thread was first, and I had hoped that an admin would know how to help me, it seems I was wrong.

Can anybody point me in the right direction?
