A1200 dead while unlock now error in flashing.

I was unlocking A1200 with Ultima Box Light.
after unlock phone was Restarting.
when we tried with Smart Moto , phone went dead.
now it boots in MBM flas mode and shows following error massage.
"BP_NOT_READY
Boot Module: BOOT_G_00.01.89P_HAINAN
MBM flas mode"

While flashing with SCout it gives following error

I had the same problem. Here is my solution.
Connect your phone in MODEM mode. Clean old and install attached drivers. (In order to clean old drivers run this program Program Files\GsmServer\SCout\drivers\_DrvInstaller\ Motorola Driver Installer.exe, select 'Clean only' and press 'Start')

1) Switch the phone to the flash mode:
a) Hold button 1 and press button 2
b) Now you have to see white inscription on a red background " MBM Flash mode "

2) Install all required drivers

3) Select corresponding *.pcf flash file

4) Press "Flash selected phone"




How to define firmware version?

Type www008w. In order to type "w" go to menu->Insert->Insert Wait.

Now you will have to see on display something like this:

Try to search some information regarding phone's firmware version on sticker under the phone's battery.
