Conversion of number from one programmed CDMA Phone to another

I have one LG CDMA phone set (Model: LSP-3000) having number programmed into it. Now I need this number and all program to be transferred from that phone set to another phone LG CDMA Fixed Wireless Terminal (FWT) (Model: LST-2500).

Appreciate someone help me finding best software and CDMA Uni device to do this.
