hi 2 all.
i can not connect W220 to Box.
the below message appears " Can not open COM port "
what can i do to introduce the com port for it ?!?!?

What COM port you are using to connect the handset?
If you are using COM port cable the drivers for it should be installed. They can be found here (http://smartmoto3.gsmserver.com/user_zone/f3_compal_chimei_cable_drivers.zip).
