Hi! I try to order from EU site but when I checkout it says "Package from Asian store". So I will have to pay customs even if I buy from EU site???

The order sent from EU stock to a customer living in EU, is free from customs duty; the buyer shall pay VAT only.

However, if the customer living in EU receives the order sent from HK stock, he/she has to pay customs duty (the buyer shall also pay VAT, though we do not include the latter into invoice amount)

Exception: the VAT is not paid in any case of purchasing GSM products or cables
