First of all sorry for my english.
Im sure that im not the only one with this problem...

Please ppl, anyone that having problem with this service "boot-loader.com"
Specially SmartMoto area. Please sign here. I want to collect signs.

I dont have answers for months. Sure i got replys from Sc Team, but no solution. They say that the problem may be my connection.
Guys, i tried with four different ISP. With no one i cant download.
Same for all, can login with user/key, can make a clip login. But thats all.

Well hope u all understand for what i make this topic.
Think about it, when u need a fullflash to repair some costumer phone, u cannot enter into support area. And voila, u loose the job because u cant download a file. Thats really anoying....

by the way, im from Argentina

SC Team, we have 6 signs for now.
Do we need more signs to make u guys thinking about resolving this problem?

We need to get into Support Area for download Full flash, Diagrams for make a correct Testpoint, etc etc.

How its supposed me or us to work if we dont have access to support area?!

Example today i need a V3R diagram, and i get it from GSM HOSTING !!!
Not from boot-loader.com this is ***king ridiculous! Think about it !!!

Come on SC TEAM im bought my SC a months ago and i cant NEVER, YES NEVER cant get there to download something.

i send over 14 emails to boot-loader
the response was the same in 3 they teach me how to login !

but now i purchased a premium account to solve my problem

but can be advised of this if boot loader support post here ! a simple answer
like : we are changing the system of boot loader for more stability and security

Now, with the new server and layout i dont have problems anymore. And i gonna upgrade my plan on the future. Because i need it.

Im fine, im just begin nervous (in the past) when i need some flash and i could get in there.

But now like i say. The service works great :) :-D

hola Rush, soy de argentina tambien, tengo un problema de logea con la smart... o sea, me abre todo bien la ventanita para q logees con la caja, le pongo login, me le lee me tira el n de serie todo, hace la cuenta regresiva para redireccionarte hacia el ftp con la lista de flashes, pero cuando termina la cuenta me vuelve a abrir la misma ventana de logeo, y asi susecivamente nunca me lleva a la parte de la lista, tenes idea q puede ser? gracias!
