Thanks to navoukhodonosor we have the solution
"First of all, I used P2KMan and XVI32 applications for SEEM editing. You can find them both in this forum, or other Moto fora. In case you need help on the use of these applications, there is a very nice guide on this forum about SEEM editing, I believe you should check this out if you haven't, before starting.
I downloaded SEEM 0032 using PK2Man. Then edited the file using XVI32. When you open the 0032 SEEM file on XVI32 you'll see a hex table. You should change:
hex 3E, bit 3: 0 turning off unicode
hex 3F, bit 4: 0 turning off unicode
hex 47, bit 7: 1 enabling all caps in SMS
hex 48, bit 0: 1 enabling all caps in SMS
Perhaps the job can be done by altering less bits, but after changing all these it works perfect for me, so I didn't touch it further!
Beware (I made this mistake at first) the hex numbers are NOT values. The values will be changed by turning on or off the bits. They are the corresponding table points.
Then, you save the SEEM file and upload it to your V3X using P2Kman again (SEEM 0032, rec 0001). That's it, restart the phone and you'll send 160 characters per SMS. When composing SMS I still write using small greek letters (unicode), but they are automatically converted to capital greek when the message is sent or saved, so I send 160 characters.
I hope I helped."
