I cant download off boot loader

i log in and log the clip in. i am in smart moto section but when i try and click on file to down load nothing happens. i have downloaded before so i no that i do all right but i just dont get why its not working for me now. right clicking does not work either just saves web page.

I cant never get there. Always the same. User/Pass ok, Clip Login ok.
But to download a file, forget it !
This is really a poor service, i use nbox, usbsmart, universalbox, and other more... guys u have to see how fast u can download from their suppor area.
This really dissapoint for me, and for sure all of us.
