How to activate 900/1800MHz menu in A925?

A925 900/1800MHz Menu Activate

I have one Motorola A925 from USA with only active 1900, WCDMA and Auto in Network menu. How i can activate 900/1800 MHz Option.
I tried with SmartClip, he shows that is OK on 900/1800, but i still have no network, with Radiocomm 9.2.3 is same, soft shows that mobile is on 900/1800 mode but still no network.

On Control Panel/Handset Information:

Ver: REL 30.80.20
Baseband: A925_BP_30.95.00
Flex: SA1362A00B
AP Config: SA1362A_002A


Boot loader is 01.01.53



Please can you help with some info?

Personally I use Flexeditor XP 10.4 (go googlin ;) )
to enable hidden features like some network menu disabled options like "Area"

I tryed with LeaderGL FlexEditor, but with no success. In this software i cant see any easy way to unhide band menu. Maybe with modifying flex, but i dont know what field to touch.
