no support for V237

I have a motorola V237
BL : 08.0E
Sw_Ver : R3152_G_0A.30.3ER

My SmartMoto can't backup any data from the phone,
I cant download no lang pack from boot-loader,
cose U don't have any. When I try to backup flash or read lang pack moto displays Error 40 80.

Any ideas how to read the flash & langpack for sending it to boot-loader??
or do U have any langpach including Polish language for my v235??
