"Save as" downloads an HTML file??? Help!!!

Hi thanks for taking the time to help me!
I am loged in with user and password and clip login still when i try to download it tells me Simultaneous downloads prohibited...........
when i do save as i get an HTML file????????????

You can't download more than one file at a time.
