hi smart team
i have followed all the procedure with regards to log in,it just says software is loading but nothing happens,i have cleared the history and cookies,winxp pack 1,can u help pleas,im desperate to download some files

Make sure that:
1. Firewall on your computer (or your LAN) is configured properly or disabled
2. You have reliable internet connection
3. LPT port settings are set to EPP in BIOS
4. Your LPT cable works properly
5. You use a stable power supply with your clip (use power adapter)
6. Your IE version is not lower than v5.0
7. If you under WinXP, log in as Administrator or any other account with administrative rights
8. Windows XP SP2: if you have problems running unsigned ActiveX, please open
Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level
and change "Download unsigned ActiveX controls" to "Prompt"

thnx for the info,i uninstalled the norton from my laptop, it stuck on loging... then nothing that made a much happier but i have a new problem, when i fill the pass/user and clico on the loggin botton nothing happens!!! but other bottons work on yr site!! 4 example clicking on fforgotten pass etc, can u help please,

in a "customer level" you have to change all the option "prompt" and "enable"
