i'm very disapointed from gsmserver shop
i made order and sent money with bank transfer,fax them bank confirmation
and still didnt get my goods.
i sent them email and i didnt get any response from them
this is very bad situation,if they wont responed i will find my way to....... :-x

I experienced the same problem when I wanted to purchase Vygis tool box to unlock LG phones, no shopping cart icon available on site, asked fo information twice and didn't get any relpy. :-x

shachash recieved his goods long time ago but forgot to post here :( It was just little delay and nothing more.

@defiantstore: if there is no "Add to cart" button below some item that means we are temporarily out of stock. It is recommended to visit our shop in few days later. And I will ask my assistant why you haven't recieved an answer to your letters.

I bought my jaf box with P-key 6 days ago(invoice:1190213104), but is still not activated.
"JAF version 1.98.32
Detected PKEY: 9000FB04
Starting Card UPDATE...
...
19:28:25.578 Error: JAF dongle init failed"
I already contact with support, they just promised, but problem is still there.I don't want to assualt this company, from this reason I'll not expound name of company on other forums, because is serious on-line store for Gsm equipments, but I am disapointed, I don't know what kind of game or contract is between developer and distributor, but to forward customers from first one to second one is non ......,this is matter about unfinished products, not incomplete payments and finaly, solution is developer-reseller, not customer-reseller-customer-developer-customer-reseller-customer...........How many time is needed for developer to be online?Maybe 1 mont,you haven't contact with him, are you sure that is not, too musch time?

For me is not important money, or time, but something what is making me grazy is not preciseness, or not defined.
If you will tel me :"Wait xxx-days for that, that etc..", that is no problem, but "be patient".....]-:>
Why and for what?
If you not have contact with developer, then you have a big problem, your company is respected company and can't let this, can't let to customer to cry on the web.
I can to speak well for support of your nice products like Smart Clip and other, which i with pleasure using, but also you need to protect your customers. Protect and save, becouse your business partner-developer for customer who is buying from his stores replaying in flash time on every question.
