yes! my power supply is ok(9v)! and cable ok!i don't know why!please help me,sir!

dear sir!

problem above i solved it.last time i bought smart clip from reseller iphone,it have problem so reseller change me a new one.today i solve problem above but when login it inform that : your clip is bound to another user,clip login denied! as following pic!how i should do with it!hope u will help me,many thanks!
